Ingredients for Makes 3 cups:

- 4 medium size apples
- 1/2 cup lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
How to make apple sauce :
- Peeled, cored and sliced apples.
- Boil water in pot or saucepan until heat
- Put apples, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Boil over low heat until apples are very soft, stirring occasionally about 20 minutes. Apples can crush easy by itself,
- Remove saucepan from heat. Transfer apples to in a covered container and keep in refrigerator.
- If you would like you can add cinnamon or nutmeg about 1/2 cup.
- Serve warm or cold in plain or with yogurt.
- This recipe can keep in refrigerator about 3 days.
- I added lemon juice because I think only sugar is too sweet.
